With just over a month until Emergence Day, the excitment for Gears is only going to become more intense. This is THE game to own this holiday, on any system. Like any big release title these days there are two versions of the game to choose from, the standard packaging, or the deluxe collectors editiion complete with goodies and extras. Gears will be no diffrent so lets have a quick look to see what is inside the Limited Collectors Edition:

Microsoft is also launching their Match Made in Hell promotion for Gears of War this week, and what better way to show off the game’s chainsaw bayonet than at an advance screening of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning? On Wednesday (Oct. 4), AMC theaters in New York, Chicago, LA, and San Francisco will be treating select attendees to a bloody big screen demo of Gears. There are only a limited number of tickets available at the official site, but Microsoft is planning additional events before the game arrives Nov. 7. Sounds like a great opportunity to slice and dice!
While the single player of Gears will likely clock in between 10-15 hours, there is also branching paths, multiplayer mayhem, and anytime co-op that will really put this game over the top. See you on Sera!
